About RaddIQ

RaddIQ is an AI-powered WhatsApp booking platform built for small and medium businesses in Bahrain. We help service businesses — starting with private swimming pools — accept bookings, share payment instructions, and confirm reservations entirely through WhatsApp, without needing a complex website or booking app.

Our mission

Make it as easy for a small Bahraini business to take a booking as it is for a customer to send a WhatsApp message. No new apps to download, no foreign payment processors, no setup fees.

How it works

Customers message a single RaddIQ WhatsApp number. Our AI helps them discover available services, see prices in BHD, and get clear payment instructions tailored to each business — whether the business accepts BenefitPay, IBAN bank transfer, or another local method. The customer pays the business directly. RaddIQ tracks the booking, the payment proof, and the business's confirmation — but never holds customer money.

Our business model

RaddIQ works with listed businesses under separate partner agreements. Customers do not pay RaddIQ for bookings — payments are made directly to the listed business using the payment method that business provides.

Where we are

RaddIQ is based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The platform is currently focused exclusively on the Bahrain market — pricing in BHD, Bahrain timezone (UTC+3), Bahraini weekend (Friday–Saturday), and full Arabic and English support throughout.
